So I report my bank card as missing and arrange for payment to be taken from my bank account, so far so good. However Quikquid take the wrong amount and then put me in default and add £12 because I missed a payment I had no control over!!!! 2 ignored e-mails and a live chat later, nothing has changed. I am being punished for an operators mistake and customer service?, well would be nice if I could get some!!!
