QuickQuid Introduces Live Chat To Social Media Channel To Bolster Customer Service Capabilities

Leading online lender launches Customer Service Hub on Facebook and makes improvements to customer service structure

Leading UK short-term loan provider QuickQuid today announced the introduction of a new live chat service on their Facebook page, designed to bolster their existing customer service proposition.

The ‘Customer Service Hub’ function will enable consumers to chat directly with representatives from the QuickQuid customer service team.  Customers are already able to access customer service agents, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week by phone, email or live chat, but the extension of this facility to Facebook is a new move designed to be a convenient option for customers who prefer communicating via social media platforms or when ‘on the move’.

In addition, QuickQuid have recently made improvements to their call centre structure, effectively doubling the number of customer service representatives, in a move that has already significantly reduced average wait times for customers ringing in.

The Customer Service Hub and call centre improvements will serve to improve upon the excellent service customers have come to expect from QuickQuid. Employees will continue to operate by QuickQuid’s value of Customer First; an internal programme designed to ensure that customer experience is at the forefront of all business practices.
